Shipping and Delivery

For within Australia shipping and Delivery of your goods is always included within your quotation. Customers shall provide name, address and phone number for both the account holder and delivery address. Next working day service is standard and available for all orders in stock and processed prior to 10am each day.

Fire Equipment Australia carries current insurance covering incidental damage to parcels during transport and can review any claim involving timely delivery.

Out of hours delivery 5pm to 6am, weekends and public holidays can be supplied at an additional quoted price.

Delivery tracking numbers are supplied via email at the time of purchase and are able to be accessed through web based links. Fire Equipment Australia will continue to update your delivery status up until confirmation of arrival.

Privacy & Security

Fire Equipment Australia abides by and complies with the federal Privacy Act 1988. Our priority is to ensure without fail the correct handling of our customers personal, business and sensitive information relating to accounts, payments, usage history and credit applications. Credit card and eft payments are secured by PayPal and subject to multiple verification processes. All received deliveries are to be signed and name printed clearly upon receipt.

Returns & Replacements

All equipment supplied is automatically covered by our comprehensive 24 month defect liability warranty. Incorrectly supplied goods can be exchanged for replacement at no additional charge or repacking fee (A return delivery charge may be applied in this case)

All goods shall be returned complete with any loosely supplied components together in its original packing box safely and securely. Fire Equipment Australia can assist with pick up and delivery upon request.

For warranty claims an application form is available on line or via email request sales@fireequip.com.au.

Ordering

All orders can be placed through our website www.fireequip.com.au available on Ipad, Iphone and android phone by accessed through your standard web browser.

Orders require confirmation of purchase order details entered at time of account application or a credit card / EFt transfer payment option completed through the secured Pay Pal link.
