Delivery
Fire Equip dispatches from Australian stock. Marine fire couplings and adapters — BIC, Storz, Nakajima, NOR and ISC fittings — are held ready and typically dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Fire training props and BA cylinder wash stations are built to order; dispatch timing is confirmed at time of order.
All orders ship tracked via Australia Post or courier, with tracking details emailed on dispatch. We deliver Australia-wide, including to ports, shipping agents, mine sites and remote regional addresses. Please allow additional transit time for Western Australia, the Northern Territory and regional Queensland.
Freight is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free freight applies to orders over $1,500 (ex. GST).
